Four of the faces listed in the 'Ones to Watch' article, including Megan Jones.

"It's been a tumultuous year for businesses across various sectors for so many reasons. A pandemic coupled with Brexit uncertainty meant many struggled to make ends meet, with firms put under even more stress than the 2008 financial crisis. Despite the turmoil, many businesses managed to pivot, survive and even thrive under increasingly difficult circumstances - and put themselves in a good place for 2021.

We are over the moon to be nominated by Natwest and listed in the top 21 companies to watch out for. As the article summarises perfectly, 2020 was an unbelievable year of unprecedented events and disruptions, and certainly not the ideal environment to grow a small business. Despite the odds, Megan's drive and determination saw Curated Makers pivot to online and foster our creative community until the world was ready for us to return to the high street.

With normality slowly returning and a fast-growing appreciation for shopping locally as a result of the pandemic, we are feeling confident about what this new year will bring us. Watch this space indeed!
